Cloudy Box FAQ

HOW/WHERE TO BUY:

• How would we purchase the book box? Is it through a link to a certain website or is it on here?
  My website! The link will be emailed to you @ 7pm EST using your Patreon email on the 12th (Best Buddy) or 13th (Spicy Buddy).

• Is there going to be a code we have to put before purchase in to confirm we are a part of the patron?
  Yes. The code will be included in the aforementioned email, see above.

• What platform will it be sold on? Paypal charges fees. So I’m wondering if I need to anticipate that cost.
  It will be sold on my website. (As a note: I don’t believe Apple Pay is an option)

• Will we be purchasing the box through Patreon?
  No. Gena will send you a link to where they are available as well as the code you will need to access it, see above.

• Is there a set time that the pre-order opens?
  7pm EST on either the 12th (Best Buddy) or 13th (Spicy Buddy).
  

QUANTITY:

• Are there enough for everyone in the Best Buddy tier?
  At this time if everyone in the Best Buddy tier purchased one there would still be some for the Spicy Buddy tier.

• Do you anticipate the Deluxe AF box selling out on the 12th?
  I do not, however there is no way to guarantee! 

• Can I buy more than one copy?
  No. The limit is one per customer.

FUTURE BOXES:

• Will there be more boxes in the future for books you have already published?
  Depending on how this one goes I am open to the idea!

• Will there be a sale for leftover books?
  If there are leftovers, yes.
  

SHIPPING:

• When will they ship?
  I anticipate shipping October/November. If there are any delays I will keep you all informed.

• How much do you anticipate the cost of shipping to be?
  It varies depending on where you’re located.
  Boxes: AUS $65, UK $55, Canada $25, US $15.
  Mailer: AUS $42, UK $42, Canada $25, US $12.

• What if I’m located outside of Australia, Canada, UK, or the US?
  Please contact me ASAP and I will add a shipping option to the website. *EU please see question below.

• Is there a return policy for the boxes that arrived damaged?
  No, all sales are final. I would love to offer this as an option but at this time it isn’t feasible for me. Maybe for future projects.

• *Are the boxes available internationally?
  To countries outside the EU, yes. Unfortunately, due to recent regulations small businesses like mine often can’t afford to ship to the EU. You can still purchase, however, using a US based address or a third-party shipping company like Stackry.

• What packing material will be used to protect everything?
  The books themselves will be covered in bubble wrap. Other fragile items will also be bubble wrapped. The box will have crinkle paper inside it for cushion. The box itself will be shipped in a polyethylene mailer to protect it from outside elements.
  

AM I ELIGIBLE?

• I didn’t sign up until August 1st at 12:01am, can I still qualify?
  No. To make it fair for everyone who signed up before the cut off time, you had to have joined the Spicy Buddy or Best Buddy tier on or before July 31st.

• When is the cut off to upgrade to spicy tier to qualify for the early date option?
  The cut off to upgrade from Spicy Buddy to Best Buddy is 08/09. If you have moved from the Spicy Buddy to Best Buddy tier since July 31st please contact genamaepaservices@gmail.com ASAP so you can be added to the correct mailing list.
